Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Clerk to join a great company in Richmond, BC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining customer accounts. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent customer service abilities to effectively communicate with clients regarding their accounts.
Morning Shift :
Monday to Friday : 10:00 am to 7:30 pm
Requirements:
Must Drive/Not Transit Accessible
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…
- Working in a warehouse setting and an office setting
- Shipping and receiving paperwork.
- Office admin and warehouse associate duties.
- Making Invoices and Bills.
- Must be able to Drive.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING…
- Billing and Clerk Experience
- Data entry
- Strong attention to detail
- Shipping and receiving experience.
- Must be comfortable to work in a busy environment.
- Warehouse experience is an asset.
- Not Transit Accessible.
