Organization:

Lloydminster Sexual Assault Services (LSAS)

Lloydminster Sexual Assault Services is looking for a compassionate and skilled Counsellor to join our team full-time (35 hours/week) on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent after one year. This role provides therapeutic support to individuals impacted by sexual violence and trauma in a collaborative, trauma-informed, and client-centered environment.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a human services field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or related discipline), or currently enrolled in or planning to pursue a Master’s program
Registered or eligible for registration with a recognized regulatory body (e.g., ACSW, SASW, CCPA, or equivalent)
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Access to a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel within the region (mileage reimbursed)

Key Skills and Attributes:

Strong time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Creative and adaptable with an interest in contributing to program growth
