The Opening(s)
Sprinkler Fitter Foremen
- Ticketed installers with experience on commercial and multi-unit residential projects who would like to lead their own crew and job-sites! Would you like to take on a leadership role in the industry? If so, this is the role for you!
The Basic Responsibilities
- Mentor and train apprentices / entry-level fitters to enhance their learning and understanding.
- Provide clear direction and instructions for members of your crew.
- Safely operate power tools, pipe threaders, pipe cutters, groovers and core drills.
- Effectively analyze and interpret sprinkler system blueprints.
- Oversee the safety and productivity of your crew.
- Problem-solve and maintain all applicable documentation for work being completed.
- Independent installation of BlazeMaster and steel pipe (and sprinkler heads).
- Communicate with the office as needed for documentation, coaching, feedback, etc.
- Ensure the adherence of all site-safety polices as well as EFP policies when working.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation OR access and willingness to take transit to job sites
- Red Seal in Sprinkler-Fitting
The Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shifts
Please note that compensation is dependent on experience.
