Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contractor to join our team. As a Contractor, you will be responsible for completing various construction projects. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge in all or some areas of construction, welding, piping/plumbing installation, gas. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors and team members.
Duties:
– Oversee the ordering and delivery of materials
– Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
– Address any issues or delays that arise during construction
Skills:
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of subcontractors and workers
– Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members
– Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and tools
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other construction documents
– Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that arise during construction projects
– Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and ensuring work meets specifications
We offer competitive pay rates based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
