About The Pet Shoppe:
We are a locally owned pet retail store with grooming salon in the back of the store. We specialize in ethically source products for pets.
Located at 4772 Bank St. in the Findlay Creek Plaza
Job Responsibilities:
Seeking part/full time experienced groomer. Looking for someone who is friendly and approachable and has a love for building relationships with their clients. Make your own hours and keep records of your clients. You would be responsible for your own equipment. Cage dryers and shampoo is supplied. Knowledgable on dog breeds and dog behaviour. Bathing and styling dogs, and walk-in services like nail trims. Grooming some LARGE dogs is a must.
We could also apprentice a groomer but you would need to have previous grooming or bathing experience.
Qualifications:
We need an experienced groomer, someone with 2-5 years experience with full time grooming dogs. Experience with cats and small animals considered an asset.
