Full job description
Willard Bus Lines is looking for School Bus drivers for the 2024/2025 school year.
Responsibilities:
– Safely transport passengers to their destinations following predetermined routes and schedules
– Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers during transit
– Provide excellent customer service to passengers
– Maintain a clean and organized bus interior
– Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus
– Communicate effectively with passengers, school staff, and parents
– Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
Some of the benefits of working with Willard Bus Lines include;
-You can enjoy part time work, summers and school holidays off.
– $24 per hour for all work including school runs, training, and charter work. Loaded or Unloaded.
-Projected average wage for the 2025-2026 school year is $20,000 for only working 4 to 5 hours per day.
Up to $2,000 in Recruitment / Retention and Signing bonus is available to B class license holders that will be payable over the next 10 school months.

We are looking for people who are:
- 21 years or older
- Have a current B class license
