Ticketing Agent

As a Ticketing Agent you will issue clients tickets through the various GDS systems. As a ticketer you will respond only to call centre agents and issue exchanges, refunds, corporate discounts and GST exempts for domestic and international travel.

Qualifications – Ideal candidates will have:

  • Minimum 2 years experience issuing long haul tickets, snap codes, QREX, refunds and multi-airline itineraries ex-Canada/US
  • Able to work evenings and weekends with minimum supervision
  • Proficient on Apollo/Amadeus, Gallileo and Sabre GDS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Stong communication skills and able to multi-task
