Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled bicycle/e-bike mechanic who can handle basic repairs, services, tune-ups, builds etc. on a variety of bicycles, e-bikes, and scooter. This position will also require customer service and shop upkeep responsibilities as well.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on bikes, e-bikes, and scooters.
  • Handle customer inquiries and communicate effectively and enthusiatiscally
  • Track repairs and customer drop offs/pick ups in company system
  • Pick up customer phone calls
  • Learn about our retail offering and effectively sell e-bikes/scooters to customers who are interested
  • Help customers checkout, complete payments, financing applications, bike pick-ups etc.
  • Maintain in-house fleet of ebikes/scooters; rebuild old bikes
  • Maintain clean shop (clean tools, empty garbage, sweep floors, wipe down inventory, charge bikes, organize parts etc.)
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.

Qualifications

  • Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
