Job Title: Buyer’s Commercial Real Estate Agent

Location: 2468 Scotia Street, Vancouver

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm)

Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 (Commission-Based)

Key Responsibilities

  • Pursuing the prospecting tasks provided by team lead
  • Qualifying and engaging with potential clients over phone, email and in person
  • Scheduling appointments with qualified prospects
  • Maintaining a database of all interactions made
  • Providing general administrative support to team lead
  • Collecting supporting documentation for real estate transactions to complete the Deal Sheet, FINTRAC, all RECBC required documents for compliance purposes

Required Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree in business, marketing, or related field would be an asset
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Minimum 2 years of sales and customer service experience
  • Previous cold calling expertise would be considered as an asset
  • Proficient in the use of G Suite applications and Microsoft Office software
  • Real estate related experience is preferred, but not required
  • A current real estate license is required
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle would be an asset
