In this remote clinical role, you will specifically handle the following duties:
- Nutritional Assessments: Conduct comprehensive online dietary evaluations securely via our proprietary telehealth platform.
- Meal Planning: Moreover, you will design, monitor and expertly manage personalized meal plans for clients across Canada.
- Targeted Treatment: Provide specialized nutritional care for chronic diseases like diabetes or hypertension.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely and highly confidential health records within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Care Planning: Develop personalized wellness plans tailored precisely to each client’s unique clinical presentation.
- Collaboration: Work seamlessly alongside our wellness coaches and provider support teams to ensure a holistic approach.
- Inclusive Practice: Ultimately, you must deliver culturally competent, inclusive and genuinely empathetic care to individuals of all backgrounds.
Requirements:
To successfully qualify for this remote clinical role, you must possess:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or a closely related clinical field from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Active registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) with a provincial regulatory body (such as CDO, CDBC or CDA).
- Experience: Minimum of 6+ months of active, hands-on clinical experience as a practicing dietitian or clinical nutritionist.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in remote nutritional counseling and modern dietary therapy.
- Technical Setup: Finally, you must have the ability to conduct virtual consultations effectively, requiring a stable internet connection and a secure, private workspace.
